I give it all a gentle stir; ensuring every leafy bite gets coated in creamy egg goodness before moving on to my final step—transferring the skillet into my preheated oven!

The magic happens within 20-25 minutes when I peek inside only to be greeted by puffs of golden perfection! The edges are crispy yet tender at heart—a true testament to thoughtful cooking. Once it’s cooked through (a toothpick inserted should come out clean), I’ll take it out carefully—it will puff as it cools—but not too much because that fluffiness is part of its allure!
